By submitting this form, I understand SPARKD Campaigns run 15 days, results announced Day 16, and funds are distributed 25 days after the campaign ends. I understand I have to offer the benefits / deal for 12 months to the Sparkd Community - can extend longer if requested. If results are within 5 % of votes, a 15-day verification delay may occur. All funds awarded are mine to use freely — not a loan and not in exchange for equity. Payments over $2,000 in a calendar year will receive a Form 1099 for tax purposes.
